One fateful day while working as an IT Manager in Los Angeles I was having the same conversation that so many people before me have had.  "What would you do if you won the lottery?" Without even thinking, the answer was clear.  Travel the world for a year!  Well, I haven't won the lottery, but I soon came to the conclusion that being rich isn't a prerequisite.  Fast forward 12 months and my girlfriend, Angela, and I are starting what will soon be the trip of a lifetime.  Of the two of us, I'm the more seasoned traveller but neither one of us have done anything quite like this.  I quit my job and Angela is taking a long break as we make our way across Europe, India, Southeast Asia, and beyond.  We've got a plan, a few weddings to attend while on the road, and friends will be dropping in as we go.  So please join us and follow along as we share our adventures on our Long Road to China.
